Great Response Traffic Exchanges

Hi I am doing several Manual traffic exchanges..I am not doing any paid auto surfs as I am only interested in traffic to my sites and for my members as I surf every day
If you know of any great traffic exchanges that seem to get great results

auto traffic is goos too but really looking for sites that seem to get looked at
