Help! PLEASE READ

Hi All,
I just wanted to see if anyone you could share your thoughts with me on a matter. I have been with my company for about 6 months and I love it! But just recently I have started recruiting and my sponsor who brought me into the company has frowned on everyone of them. Reasons by the dozen! But she has motive. She is planning on starting her own company and wants her downline to go with her. I have spoke with her several times on the matter. I had to break down and say I would go with her (my husband says No). Now I get messages that are completely rude in my mail. I just feel as if I am being threatened to some extent. I want to go to my supervisors but a little hesitant because I really like her. I just don't like being pushed. Now if any of you ladies can give me some advice in regards to this matter I would so APPRECIATE it. I just don't know what I should do.

Hi,
I know it is really messed up. She is my sponsor and yet she has simply told me in the last 2 days on phone messages (I have been away doing shows). She will not be in contact with me except once a month to post up to date sales. Oh she is also contacting my new recruits (the ones she really did NOT want me to sign on). She is leaving me messages saying I need to keep in contact with them and do my job! I speak to them daily by phone or e-mail. So she has even started to bug them! I am calling corporate first thing Monday morning. I am going to request to be home office sponsored. It is sad cause I really liked her. Thanks for the advice!

You need to be honest with her and tell her how you feel. Tell her right now that you are not going to make a decision on leaving. In the meantime, you recruit your people and build your downline. Remember, you may have sponsors but you are building your own business too. So work on that.

Hi Ladies,
Thanks for all the advice. I had decided to do things the right way. I was honest with her and told her exactly how I felt. I was not going to leave the company she sponsored me in to. I love what I do. I have 2 recruits now and 2 more will have their kits in less than a 2 weeks. I aslo let home office know of her harrassing me. It got really nasty because she left messages on my answering machine that my 9 year old son could hear. He just knew Mommy done parties. Not what kind! She left e-mails, anyway she could contact me she was trying! Home office called me to let me know I am now sponsored directly through them now. They had let her go. I hated that things turned out like that, we were friends! But at the same time I had to look out for me and my family.

You absolutely did the right thing. You won't regret it and I am sure the integrity you showed will rub off on your recruits. You believe in the business and you are going to succeed at it.

Who knows, your sponsor may be coming back to you someday saying, gosh, I made a big mistake.

Good luck with your new team. It sounds like you are going to be a great upline.

Thank You Ladies for all your support! Now I just wished she would stop the e-mails. She is sending me threatening messages at least once a week. Which I laugh at but they are annoying too. She is sueing me (lol) for slander this week. I just can't figure out where she comes up with this stuff. I have to send the messages to Home Office and I know they are getting tired of her. I know I could block her messages but she has at least 10 addresses! Anyway, problem will be taken care of soon I am sure. Again you all have been great! Thank you.
