Shredded Roast Beef Sandwiches
1 2.5-3 lb pot roast
1 large bottle zesty italian dressing
1 package au jus sauce mix
1 package dry zesty italian dressing mix
1/2 - 1 cup water
1 package finely shredded mozzarrella cheese
1 package hamburger buns
Place roast in crock pot, add both italian dressings and the package of au jus mix and cover. Cook the pot roast according to how much time you have! Usually I cook it on low overnight (from about 10 pm to 10 am). Remove lid and shred the roast with a fork. add a little water if necessary and cook on low an additional hour or so.
To serve, place a heaping scoop of the shredded beef on a bun and top with the mozarella cheese. YUM-O!
