Pineapple Upside Down Cake
1 Moist Yellow Cake Mix
1 Large Can Sliced Pineapple
½ Stick Butter or Margarine
½ Cup Brown Sugar
Drain pineapple into a measuring cup, add water to make 1 ½ cups liquid; set aside.
Remove the colander from the Family Size Microsteamer and melt butter in the bottom (30-50 sec. In the microwave).
Mix the brown sugar in the butter and spread evenly over the bottom.
Arrange drained pineapple slices on top of the brown sugar mixture, set aside.
Mix cake mix, 2 eggs, and 1 ½ cups reserved liquid in the Mix-N-Stor Plus Pitcher using the T2 Hand Mixer, pour over pineapples.
Let stand 5 minutes, then microwave on high for 15 minutes with the cover on (+ or – depending on your microwave). Let stand 5 minutes again. Check center with a toothpick. Invert on Round Cake Taker and serve. DELICIOUS!!
