INGREDIENTS: 3 whole chickens, mustard, cajun season salt, and 3 cans of beer (cheap beer is ok for this recipe), 1 small bag of charcoal and a barbecue pit.
DIRECTIONS: Insert open can of beer in chicken, so the chicken is sitting upright. Spread mustard all over chicken and sprinkle cajun seasoning all over also. After charcoal is ready, place chickens upright on something flat so that chickens will not fall over. Let cook for 3 hours. When done serve with potato salad, baked beans, and garlic bread.
