TUPPERBRITTLE
1 cup peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1 Tblsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
Mix peanuts and corn syrup in large 4 cup container. Microwave for 4
minutes. Stir well. Microwave additional 4 minutes. Add butter and
vanilla--stir well--microwave for 1 1/2 to minutes more. Remove and
quickly and thoroughly stir in baking soda. Spread on buttered cookie
sheet as thin as possible. Refrigerate about 10-15 minutes. Break into
pieces. Store in airtight container.
