what time to you wakeup on the weekdays
I'm usually awake by 5:30 for some me time. I enjoy a cup of tea and engage in some meditation. Then I start my day, before that I woke up at 6:30 with the kids that was not good, not good at all. I was usually very exhausted and wound up by the end of the day. Now I have more focus and smiles.

Re: what time to you wakeup on the weekdays
I am totally NOT a morning person, so I wake up when my son does. This is usually any time between 7:30-9am, depending on how well he slept the night before. He goes to bed at 8:30pm, so this works well for us right now.

I'm just getting into a new groove... munchkin started half-day pre-school the first week of January, so we'll see what rut we settle into LOL
I am NOT a morning person... but I'm trying to become one LOL

Re: what time to you wakeup on the weekdays
Well since we are empty nesters and both of us are retired so to speak, I wake up when my eyes open. lol I do not see my bed until around 4am so I am usually awake then around 10.
Some days I am up earlier. All depends on when my eyes open.

Re: what time to you wakeup on the weekdays
I am very much a morning person. I'm almost always up by 5 a.m. during the week and by 6:00 a.m. on the weekends. We leave for school at 7:20 a.m. and I have quite a routine. I walk the dogs, feed the dogs, check email, read message boards, make breakfast and lunch, think about what to make for dinner, shower and dress and then leave. It takes me the full 2 hours and 15 minutes to get it all done.
Now on the other end, I almost never see 10 pm LOL.

Re: what time to you wakeup on the weekdays
i am NOT a morning person, my body may be up and out of bed by 6:00 am, but my brain does not kick in until close to noon. i work at my kids' school in the cafateria, making breakfast and lunch, then serving it to the 400 kids. so pretty much, once i am up, i am drinking coffee until 11:00. i get home about 1 ish, and take a nap before the kids get home from school.
i love sleeping. i went over 14 years with out getting good sleep, so now i am making up for lost time....
