Save Money On Your Daily Planner
For many years I have dutifully bought a new set of pages for the upcoming new year to put into my daily planner. The basic cost is around $30 and if I want fancy pages it is $40-$50.
My planner is the "Classic" size. The pages are 5.5 x 8.5 inches - just a regular sheet of paper cut in half.
Yesterday, it occurred to me that I could create my own by tweaking a spreadsheet page and save a bundle. I am not a geek - if I can do this, you can, too. Fuss with the margins and all that, print out sample pages and fold them until you know they will work. Then just keep your sample template and print ahead as far as you think you need to.
A whole ream of quality paper is around $6-$7, and I won't need that many pages.
Ink isn't that expensive!
