Bon Ami
You can use Bon Ami cleanser on almost anything and it costs from $0.99-$1.29 per can.
We have incredibly hard water here in Arizona and water scale builds up on everything. Bon Ami is non toxic and we use it on:
Stainless Steel pots and pans (BTW non stick and completely aluminum cookware is REALLY bad for your health - let me know if you want more details on that...); Stove top; Counter tops; appliances; Shower; sinks; - anything not wood.
We even use it on glass (especially the shower door), although they have a disclaimer about using it on glass, we haven't had a problem (test a small area and use with caution on glass).
