What do you think about the Biggest Loser Show?

I just started watching this show and I must say, the people on it sure do go through alot. The exercise, the challenges, etc. I give them alot of credit for doing this in front of the world.

Maybe we can learn a couple of things from those people and start applying them in our own house. You know ... it takes a lot of will and courage to do those things they on TV. What do you think ?

I watched last seasons show and loved it, I have not had the chance to watch it very much this season. I think it is the best reality tv show because it is changing peoples lives from the inside which is where we have to start to honestly change.

I guess you are right. If you don't change from the inside, then you won't gain anything than just a temporary change of image.
Those people are really giving their best ... I guess that many of them have a very strong will power.
