Finding family-friendly employers

Hello Moms,

I thought you might be interested in a site I started to connect professional moms with family-friendly employers.

I would like any feedback you can give (preferably by using the contact form on the site as I'm sure to see those) about what you as a mom looking for work outside the home would like to see on a site like this: YummyMummyCareers.com .
