I searched around for the right thread to post this under, so please forgive me if this is posted in the wrong place.

My success story thus far is having made Consultant in my first month of actually working my current business. This past Friday, I listened in one of our team's monthly conference calls and was so moved by hearing the success stories of one of my fellow associates, that I (and 15 other of my fellow associates who are in the same boat as me) stepped up to a major challenge. Reaching the level of Crystal Executive. That means I have enroll 10 Associates and help them enroll two Associates, thus promoting them to Consultants. Timeframe to do this: 3 weeks! I technically have four months to make CE, but this is a challenge I accept and look forward to.

One of my fellow associates made Cyrstal Executive in 5 days, starting with just one active Consultant. Me and my upline leaders are putting a plan in motion, and I'm going for it. If nothing else, I'll get halfway to goal and my business will have progressed even farther, which is a good thing.

Were it not for the strides I've made in my own personal development, I would've NEVER stepped up to the plate like this. I would've passed, thinking it wasn't me. Part of me is saying, 'you must be crazy'..LOL...another part of me is saying, 'I bet you can pull it off it you really wanted to.'

So, wish me luck, Ladies! I haven't been here too much lately because I've been so laser focused as it is, now I'll really be putting the pedal to the metal.
