Default No Longer a Home Party Virgin :-)

I held my first ever home party for Tupper Tues night. (first home party for any company for me).

It went pretty good - only 6 people attended, but the hostess had $116 in outside orders and we had $272 in orders at the party, plus she has a few others coming in on friday (payday- lol..) I thought that was pretty good for my very first party and with only 6 people attending.

It was fun and I certainly learned a lot! There was so much more I wish I would have said, done, covered, played a couple more games... But I will know better the next time around.

I've been in home businesses for a year now and with Tupper since July last year, but had shyed away from home parties. I prefer online sales. But now that the first home party is over- I don't think I will mind doing 1-2 a month now. :~)

Just wanted to share my excitement (and big sigh of relief- lol...)

Blessings,
Misty

Holy Cow! I'm so excited for you! What a great first party. I've had 2 parties- no sales or orders yet. Ok, one sale, but not from a party.

Keep up the great work!!!

Thanks ladies!

I was excited about it. The time went by really fast too. I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep them going for an hour and the party lasted over 2 hours!

I'm ready for the next one now! lol!

Blessings,
Misty

Congrats!! That is great, that 1st party is usually a fear people have to get over.

Congrats !
Think of the first party as a trial run - you do get to see what else you could have said, done, taken with you - even as time goes on there will still always be something new to learn at each party- since products and catalog layouts change, always be something that you left at home that a customer asks for - It is fun to get the first one over and under your belt !
Continued success ad fun with Parties and Tupperware !
