No-Cook Easter Candy

Gather the following ingredients:

8 oz. powdered sugar
1 egg
flavoring (pick your favorite) and food coloring

1. Sift the sugar into a bowl.

2. Separate the white from the yolk of the egg. Beat the egg white until
it's stiff.

For strawberry eggs, add three drops of strawberry flavoring and three drops of red food coloring to the egg white. For peppermint eggs, add peppermint flavor. Try other flavors and colors.

3. Slowly fold the flavored egg white into the sugar.

4. Stir the mixture with a table knife until well blended.

5. Roll into small egg shapes and set them on a plate lightly covered with powdered sugar.
